Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa, Franklintown

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, I had some issues with the self-parking situation and the need for an extension cord on the 2nd floor. However, the service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff always available. The location was beautiful, set right on the beach overlooking the Atlantic, but some aspects felt disproportionate to the room cost.

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms, although showing wear, provided a view of the pool and ocean, making it pleasant. The service, typical of Omni, was exceptional, especially at the Marche Burette. The location, though needing better upkeep, allowed for enjoyable walks and beach access. The dining options, while limited, were not very convenient, particularly breakfast at the Marche Burette. The multiple pools and lush surroundings were a highlight of the facilities.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, despite an alleged renovation last year, were in poor condition but still offered a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The location was great, providing easy access to the beach and nearby amenities, although some areas seemed quite pricey. The dining experience stood out with exceptional service at the Sprouting Project, though it was a miss in some aspects.
